What the prospect of the aerial film drone in China? Especially, the business part

I know in the film area, there will be more developed in the future and many countries support this industry, but I heard from my friend recently that in China, many films were withdrawn by government cause the factor of the politics, besides, many districts start to forbid the flight of drones, so my friend in China worry about this stuff so much, so I want to ask your views.
 
China is a Communist Country and have restrictions even on travel and how many children you can have. In the USA and perhaps a lot of EU countries, those restrictions don't exist. Flying drones in China is restrictive. In the USA the FAA has their Part 107 rules, but you won't necessarily disappear from the face of the Earth for flying drones.
