What ESC and Motors to my project

I promise that will be last of my newbie questions.

So I have Kakute F4 AIO V2 Flight controller, and trying to chose good ESC and motors for it and to suit my project.
With ESC's I think because I have AIO flight controller and there is power distribution there already, I have to go with 4 separated ESCs,
Thinking of Tekko32 F3 ESC (35A), any good ?

Now the more difficult part, motors:
My drone weight will be something around 1700-2000g and battery will be 4S and I probably want to have some power buffer.

When I was looking into some DIY project, they are all very outdated and most motors they recommend are discontinued.

The only think I am aware of, is that I need 4S and below 1000KV motor, so the only option I found was:
Racerstar Racing Edition 4108 BR4108 600KV
Which doesn't convince me, and I rather have more options to chose from.
Also price matters ;)

I would really appreciate some suggestions
 
Yeah 450, or close to that, I went for 600kv ones, not sure if that will be overkill but well.. We will see
 
Haha yes!. I've been in that but more like 3D helis and mico helis (some time ago).
also as a software and electronics engineer, I just love to do stuff like that and I am surprised how it all progressed from when I last looked into it. Really looking forward to first flight and first crash ;)
 
kv is only telling part of the story really that is the number for the RPM given some voltage if "not loaded" or doesn't have a prop or anything providing resistance. The other value in motors that matters is the dimensions (also winding quality and magnets used and bearings all effect the efficiency or the power out given the power in for various motors, but in general the width and height of the motor will be the thing you can easily look up that might change). A motor that has a taller can/stator generally has more copper in it and so can get more current therefore more torque which matters for changing the speed (de/acc-elerating) the prop... Tldr beefier motor spin better :D. But yah experiment is definitely the way to learn hands on lessons, http://ecalc.ch is good for getting numbers run in theory before putting it to the test though too if want some idea of thrust to weight etc.
 
oh yeah, I went through all this guides for motors, gave me a headache but I think I got the idea from it.

What I meant by "600kv" is, that I went for the ones I stated in the first post "Racerstar Racing Edition 4108 BR4108 600KV"

I am assuming my first drone, which will be rather big than small, won't fly at high speeds.
But that knowledge will definitely benefit when I will be looking to build my speedy drone ;), but let's not go that far just yet.

From everything you said and everything I've read, looks like those might be okay motors for my project.
