What do I need to know that I don't.

I want to dip a toe and it seems that I can buy a toy or I can get something a bit more serious.
So a few things that I think I need to look at if I'm not looking for a toy, Battery charger, joystick controller, and a flight ready quad.
Did I miss an entire store of things I "Really Need"

Hi to start look at the hubsan quad range these are normally small enough to fly indoors so you can see if you like the hobby , once you master flying then go bigger most toy quads come with hand controller , hobby grade are better but more money if you look for a RTF(ready to fly) these will come with the needed transmitter , there is lots to learn with hobby grade like safe lipo use charging and storage etc
