Water Damage Help Needed

Hi there,
I built a 250 quad, everything was good until I landed in a small ice puddle, I also noticed I somehow had some water seep into the transmitter while it was in my hand. Now the quads having 2 issues.
1. The propellers don't spin at all and I have to re program the cc3d flight controller to get them to move again, they work for a while then cut out again(everything else on the quad seems to work normally like lights and sounds)
2. The quad wants to go in reverse right from take off(no amount of trim helps)

All lights still work, the sounds play when I connect the battery and the receiver seems to be working properly. All props are on correctly and motors spinning the right way. What do you think?
Transmitter? Flight controller? Motor? Esc?
I don't even know where to start
Thanks!!

I have had 2 land in the water, and both times they were fine after I dried everything out. Once with the battery connected and once without the battery since it was slung off.

I would run it through 4 or 5 batteries before I trusted it again though.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing but it's been almost a week and I've used a couple 2200 mah batteries trying to get it to work again. Must be something electrical.

Just make sure you don't put power on anything until you know for a fact it is completely dry.

Also, you might not want to give up if it seems to not work at first. I've dealt with this more than once. The most recent time I tossed my Bluetooth ear-piece into my drink while driving at night. I didn't know it was in there soaking until 3 hours later. I dried it for 2 weeks in a bag of rice. I charged it and tried to use it and nothing. I tried a few more times over the next few days. I figured it was fried considering the power was on when it happened and just tossed it in the console. 7-8 months later my wife saw it in my console and put it on charge not thinking about it. When I saw it the next day I was puzzled, but turned it on and it works like new. I still use it now 2 years later.
The other time was a Blackberry that got snatched from my hands by a wave at the beach. After fighting several other waves to find it, I dried it for days, never got it to work. Then a year or so later my niece wanted it for parts and it worked perfect as soon as she put a good battery in it.

Also, now that I thought about what you are describing it is doing now just seems to me maybe ESC's?
I'm no expert at this, but with the motors stopping it just seems to make sense. Do you have a spare you could try? Maybe have it the only one hooked up and see if you can get one motor to stay on.

It's way too small, would rather have the standard.

You keep telling me that and I keep forgetting. I was about to buy all the little parts I need from hobbyking. Prices looked awesome until it added shipping and credit card fees. Then I compared everything to amazon. Some things were a little higher on amazon, but everything had free shipping. Overall saved $3.20 lol..
To top it off though, I had picked only "prime" items so I got on the live chat and asked for a discount.. They gave me free 2-day shipping :)

Awesome thanks guys, I just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas before ordering another 100$ in parts. I'm gonna order a couple more escs, motors and another cc3d. At least I'll have spares and one of them should fix it haha
