V383 QUADCOPTER

Can anyone tell me if all the blades are suppose to spin the same way on a collective pitch quadcopter or is it like every other quad that spin two clockwise ans two counterclockwise ,Ive had this thing for a couple months now and havent been able to get it to fly its been nothin but a headache,if anyone can help me out id appresciate it ,thanks

so looking at it from the front, the right prop spins clockwise (uses props with R or P on them) and the one diagonal from it also spins clockwise.

and the left one spins counter clockwise, and the one diagonal from it spins counter clockwise
