UK to bring in Drone Registration

Uh, who is punishing people from other cultures for flying drones? As for the vastness of the universe, no argument there. But due to technological limitations, we humans are currently confined to drone flying on this particular planet. One or both of you may dislike planes and/or helicopters flying in "your airspace". I can't help that. But I'm willing to place a small wager, that both the regulatory agencies as well as the courts around the world decide that "the big birds" have the right of way over quads.

He's a schmuck. He says I'm in wrong for flying when a plane is 200ft after 6-7 passes. Saying he meaning they, the police will get me for something else. So you can't win with ppl like that. SNAKES.
 
And if he's America's finest. Nothing down. If he can't get ya, he will get you on something else. Even a busted tail light as he says. Oh his 2nd name is norris by the way.

The message was that if you dare them to come after you, they will settle for whatever violation is occurring in plain view. They are not obligated to limit themselves to those you dare them to prosecute for. Feel free to test your theory, if you believe otherwise.

Yes but not below 400'. Which has been my point all along chuck. But you don't seem to agree on that. In other posts anyway. And there you have it judge's cops all sticking together. Even though the little quad flyer is keeping himself to himself.

Just remember that the USA bailed the UK out twice! If not for the USA. You would be wearing pith helmets and doing a goose step.

WTF happened there . our original argument was I was in the wrong for flying below 400' while a plane was in that space. He made several passes getting lower & lower. So after 30 min of this.
I started flying in my space. If I'm in the wrong for this then that's your view. Law says I can fly below 400'. Law says pilot of plane can not. But what, the cops get me for something else. Cop mentality.

If a plane is flying well below normally authorized altitude, the pilot has to have a very good reason. They aren't doing it to look for drones to collide with. And if it's an emergency situation, they take priority over your recreational flying of a drone. That's plain common sense, in any country including the UK.
 
Like I explained. My friend owned the coarse. He knows no one with a plane. What reason could he have to fly 200' below his height. And so if I'm flying & he hits my drone @200' I'm in the wrong. For what possible reason could he have for being 200'. I moved off the fairway. He had 17 to choose from. No emergency landing. He was looking for trouble.
Just because some prick owns a plane does not make him right. Besides I said I had footage to back me up. But that was not good enough.

My original rant was that registration leads to a cost. & the BBC are top of the league in procuring money from nothing.
I pay sky for my TV but then have to pay BBC again. And trust the BBC to be putting that out.
