Two motors are twitching, Two motors don't move.

First drone building project. I have the motors and the battery attached to a distribution board. All the escs light up when I plug the battery in. When I test the motors out on clean flight, two motors twitch while the other two motors don't even budge. I'm not to sure what's wrong. I'm almost positive the wiring on the escs to the motors are correct. I'm posting some images to help better visualize the situation.

Well for one you are asking for trouble the way you have soldered the bullets to the PCB, way too much uninsulated/exposed surface. Just asking for some shorts. And why haven't you plugged all 4 ESCs into the Naze?

All 4 escs are plugged in. I soldered without the bullets, and I still received the same problem when given throttle to the 4 different motors.

Have you got a servo tester. If not get one. Then every time you get an esc, test them and the motors. I made the mistake of buying stuff & putting it away. Then when comes to use it, it don't work. I got 4 cloned littlebee esc's & all where duds. Don't buy chines poop. That pdb your using is dated. In the picture your esc's are not connected, like the cowboy said.
What esc's are you using. If not blheli then they need Throttle calibration.

Just noticed your frame was my first build aswell. it was a good little lightweight frame while it lasted.
