Two fried motors on my first flight

You could add a capacitor or two and it would probably stop the fluctuation. As to why, it is when higher amperage is being drawn it causes the voltage to drop if the power source is low lacking on amperage, you may also get a bigger BEC.

Dear GJHI,

I would understand if this fluctuation was caused by higher amperage. But why this fluctuation appears only when I am monitoring my voltage with mission planner connected to APM through radio telemetry ???
Could my battery be considered unsuitable for my quad ?? Would I need more a battery with higher C rating ??
Also I dont have any BECs installed.. The DJI E310 kit has ESCs with internal BECs as far as I know...

THank you

9450 props and a Multistar 10000mah 4S 10C battery. Are you taking off at 100% thrust? If this is a quad then it is probably a little too heavy.

it is a quad and i am taking off at about 60% throttle... but i really dont understand why this fluctuation on voltage appears??
For one your battery is too big, you could use a 5200 10C battery just fine haha. APM draws a lot of power, you may also need a bigger BEC.
