Turnigy iA10

hi all,

I upgraded to the turnigy ia10 10 channel, which I'm really happy with. Not that I've had the pleasure of the more expensive TX, so cant compare, but for me I really like it. BUT... I'm only getting about 200m distance before the low signal alarm starts blurting! Anyone else had this? And is it resolvable?

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Cheers Billy.

Hi when you bind any transmitter you need to be over 6 feet away as this can affect the range
Have you updated firmware the file is on hobby king site
Also the ai10 antennas need to be clear of the carbon frame of the quad and on 2 different planes to give a good clear signal reception

Thanks Holtneil, reading your notes, I'm going to take a guess that its my antennas that need moving, I've read of some forums that some people have had well over half a mile between the the TX/RC. could this be true?

thanks again.
