TREES.............

If it ain't broke, don't fix it??? You kidding?
This is just some practice flying and trying to make it around that tree at the end. This is like the 5th time it's dumped my X8hg.


So this morning(April 1st..........should've known better) decided to try a tree with a little foliage........

Luckily, out in the country, blasting away with a 12ga. with 00 buckshot is no big thing..........
 
Interesting, that tree must have a relative here in SC. Its brother ate my Phantom recently. But immediate spit it out on the ground.

Hey Bill, the tree in the vid does that any time I get near it(depth perception not being my strong suite any more)..........but this new tree........hell it was starting to digest my bird...........hence the 12 ga............
 
That would be very funny except I feel your pain. I am blaming my depth perception also haha

The videos are pretty good for not having a gimbal. My tarantula gives me a headache watching the vids.
 
Just shimmed (with washers from spare blades) and lubed with silicone grease(same with gears) and balanced props. But I do have a simple gimbal coming, hoping it will eliminate the rest of the jello. I'm well please with this Syma bird.............
 
If you get a chance send me a link to that gimbal. I may try it on my Tarantula.

Also, forget that shotgun. Take a chainsaw to that tree...........hahaha
