i live in the uk and i wanna visit my family in the philippines and i would like to take my quadcopter and fpv gear. Am i allowed to take it on a plane with me? I dont really want to give it with my suitcase because baggage handlers just throws them and i dont want to destroy a £600 kit. Am i allowed to take my storm racing drone and fpv on a case inside a plane.thanks

Think of the LiPos, maybe break it up then you could. I don't know if you are allowed to take a LiPo over a certain capacity on a plane period.

HI mate the quad can go as hand luggage, but check with your airline , lipos are not allowed on passenger airline , but your be able to buy some over there , ask them any way they may let you but normally lipo have to be by sea

oops !

I flew with mine when it was all still in kit form, and I didn't know yet how nasty those lipos can be. Still, didn't make the evening news so that's ok

Get a metal method of shipping and be blissfully ignorant if caught xD. But really LiPos are in phones and laptops, I think they have a safe zone regarding the capacity for LiPos.

You was lucky if they knew you would have to leave it behind, thats ture George he may be able to take then in a lipo sack in his suit case, but he must tell them he has them
