Transmitter

It depends. What protocol(s) does it use? What frequency? This is for a tricopter, right? I believe you'll only need:

1. Aileron
2. Elevator
3. Throttle
4. Rudder

but I'd do more research to be safe.

I have this little charger from the helicopter too can i use it to charge the battery for the tricopter?

It says:
2&3 cell (7.4V & 11.1V) Li-ion Polymer
BALANCE CHARGER EK2-0851

I think that might work if it has the right connectors, but .8A is going to be a slow charge.

I got the receiver out of the helicopter
And it should work but the cables i use from the control board to the receiver do i get them with the control board or do i have to order them?

The transmitter should work as long as your receiver talks the same frequency and the same protocol(s). I'm not sure about the board you got, but most boards come with the cables. I don't see why that one wouldn't.
