Transmitter/receiver trouble

That's your receiver. If you have PPM turned on then all you need is that one connector with the 3 wires(black, red and white). Just plug that into the set of jumpers pointed to in that picture.........black to the bottom and white to the top...........nothing else.........

Okay so unplugged everything except the red/black/white and plugged it into the last slot on the receiver. The LibrePilot still shows no activity.

The receiver has always showed one red led. The other led for the RX is an update led. The FC shows a constant red led and a flashing green led.

I've already set up the TX to be on PPM and iBus.
It's eithert PPM or iBus..............but you need to make sure that the Tx has turned "Receiver PPM Output" to "on".

"Okay so the receiver has 5 single wires. Channels 1-5 and one plug with 3 wires a red, black and white."

Also, the white wire in the three wire plug is actually channel 1..........then channels 2 thru 6 on the single wire plugs.

I know some of this seem redundant, especially making sure of "PPM" output status. But I went round and round for the better part of an hour when I switched from PWM to PPM. I kept thinking my Tx/Rx was set to PPM but it wasn't because I wasn't doing the right thing to turn it on............

So with the picture that you sent there shouldn't be any other wires except the single plug with the 3 wires correct? I tried that and there was still no signal from the TX.

Then I'm at a lose, RG.........you should be getting something showing on your software indicating your Tx controls functioning............
