Transferring Email Pictures To Computer Files

Hello,

I recently received an email from my daughter with a beautiful picture of her. I would like to save it to my Computer Image Files. I deleted the email from my Computer, but I made a printout before deleting it.

I've had a PC for over 20 years, but I don't know how to do that.

Thanks,
HiDesertHal

What are you using for your email?

If you are using a web-based email service like gmail, you should be able to right-click on the photo like in the example below and "Save As".
Note: this is on Safari on a Mac. If you are using a different browser on a PC, the menu will be different but similar.
If you are using an email client program, rather than web-based, there should be a download attachment, or the right-click method may work.

Thanks Spork, but I deleted the email with the image after I made a printout of it, so now I have nuthin' to click on!

Ah didn’t notice that. Usually - depending on your email there is a Deleted folder that will still have the email in it until you empty the folder or a certain time passes. You may be able to get it back that way

My deleted folder is empty, but there's one way that works that I've used in the past:

I'll just carefully take a picture of the picture and upload it to my computer!
