Top 5 Mini RC Quadcopters in 2016

Hey guys, I don't know if it's allowed to post links to blogs (if not I'm sorry) but I found this "Top 5 Mini quadcopters" article.

I would like to know if you agree with the writer or if I should totally ignore this list. Is the FQ777-918C even considered mini?

Meh....i dont own any of them to form a true opinion but anything with wifi automatically gets a thumbs down from me personally for fpv use..maybe the quad itself is still a good flyer but wifi flat out sucks based on everything ive read about them.

The FQ777-954 seems to have a transmitter as well, at least it looks like that in the video. Are all the others controller via wifi?

Uh, not sure what you mean there.. What can't be done?

You can' t return home if the quad does'nt know where home is, you need GPS location for that to happen.

Generally, it's buyer beware when reading about quads with a "return home" feature. Check them out carefully, read reviews, and ask around.

I own one FQ777-954 and all I can say, is that it's a great little devil. I have so much fun with it.

RTH is more less just a reverse....What happens is you set the heading or direction of the quad and if you press RTH it would fly backwards back into your direction...Like moving a toy rc car forward away from you then using reverse to bring it back in the same line of direction...Now if you turned right with the car whatever direction its heading will "reverse" the direction of the line its now traveling....Its really more of gimmick than anything.

That's a good point, actually. Maybe they come back to where wifi is stronger?
