To build or buy

Hi there , I have a question . Has anyone purchased a Limitless 3 drone ? (https://droneclonexperts.com)

Was wondering if it's a good starter drone for cinema and inspection or am I better off saving my money and building from scratch ?

At some point I do plan on building one , just doing research on parts first and learning how to fly the one I have . Input would be great. Thanks

This company is buying cheap Chinese drones, rebranding them and selling them for many times the cost you can get them from places like Banggood..... for instance, the drone you're talking about is also known as the SG906 Max and can be bought for around $200 on Banggood, whereas this place is trying to charge $599....... that's pretty scummy if you ask me.
You can get a MUCH better RTF drone than this for less money. DJI, Xiaomi, and Hubsan all have some entries that come in under that price point that would blow this thing completely out of the water.
Some examples.
DJI Mini SE - $299 Link1
DJI Mini 2 - $449 ($599 with Flymore combo that gives you some nice extras) Link1 Link2
DJI Mavic Air - $429 Link1
Xiaomi Fimi X8 SE 2022 - $479 ($549 with combo) Link1
Xiaomi Fimi X8 Mini Pro - $369 ($449 with combo) Link1
Hubsan Zino Mini SE - $349 ($419 with combo that gives you some extras) Link1 Link2
Hubsan Zino Mini Pro - $499 ($579 with combo) Link1 Link2
Hubsan Zino 2+ - $499 ($569 with combo) Link1 Link2

Holy Stone, Ruko, JJRC, SJRC, Syma, Snaptain, and quite a few others also offer drones that either match or beat the drone you're talking about for far lower prices than these people are asking.
I hope you didn't fall for their scam.

Learn to fly first in a sim.
Then buy an RTF. I
t's going to be hard enough just getting that in the air, esp. if you have to learn your way aorund Betaflight and Open-TX at once. It's a steep mountain.

To build, you're going to need to be slick at soldering and need a good soldering iron and have watched some of the early PaceWorldOnline videos.

I Don't recommend building, it's time consuming, frustrating, and fraught with perils. Like building a model ship.

Get your sim environment set up first, worry about flying something real in the air... last. If ever, you may find in the sim, it's not for you. In that case, you've only spent money on a controller, a coy of a game, and a decent GPU which you an use for other games.
