The power of that thing has to be incredible! o_O

One observation, I dont think I would stand anywhere close to that area. You cant even begin to predict where that thing will go if it GOES!!!!
 
Yeah, watching that video makes me scared for the audience. That thing literally disappears it is so fast.

Would be safer watching the Blue Angels at 350 MPH. At least you can tell which way they re going.

But, still very impressive flying for sure.
 
Lord Almighty, that's the way my quadcopter flies when I just give it a bit of throttle. That's why its often called the four bladed buzz saw.
 
Your taking about Roman JR RIP , was doing a demo of a Trex 700 at a show his mum and dad was watching when the heli came back at him and cut his head in half he was dead before he hit the floor RIP
they never found out if a servo failed or if it was pilot error
i keep my 630 at a distance
 
Tried what with there drone ? 3D is just helis or variable pitch quad like this

3D helis main blades are the same profile on top and underside so they fly inverted using the +12 -12 degs of pitch so when inverted you move throttle (which is pitch as the rpm is fixed by a governor in the ESC) down and heli will climb move stick up heli comes down , the quad with variable pitch does the same thing fixed rpm pitch changing , if you flip a normal quad it will power drive into the ground , the Swiss drone being a CP heli collective pitch heli same as 3D heli should be able to fly inverted if you can set up +12 -12 degs of pitch
