I had been trying to print a Terminator head for 2 months. Failed every single time. The reason was : the supports were impossible to remove and I ended up breaking the parts.
Little did I know I could print it without supports, until 2 days ago. I always thought it would require fancy setting changes to print without supports. I did not know it is simply unchecking the Support box.
Now that the test run is successful, I might go for a bigger size. Much bigger size. With metal grey filament.
