Syma X8W engine failure?

Hello guys!

I have a little problem whit my drone after a 30min total of experience and no crash only what it did was a slide to my garden door whit low RPM and nothing happend...

I packedup my drone and charged the battery for 2hours or so,
When i wanted to watch the features such as headlessmode in my room i noticed that the right front engine doesnt start at low RMP but when i hit the trigger a bit more up it start but then my drone fly's to the right and not straight up...
I opened up my drone and checked if everything was ok and closed and ran a test again and same problem...i also changed the propeller but still no fix..

I already contacted the seller which is Banggood for a replacement of an engine or such like that...

i cleaned a bit and closed the drone i was suprised that when i use only left trigger which i mean B > B works only they work ok... but whenever i hit neutral trigger to go up he lean to the right again... I am thinking there is a problem whit the power off the drone or the transmitter..
 
Ok after talking to Quadcopter 101 from facebook he told me to trim it...succeed no .
When i try it on a table the prop is still same but when i hold the camera and try to trim it it starts but after he stops again...i really dont know what to do whit it please help me :(

I wasted like 10batterys today just from trimming but no succeedd..
