Yes indeed it's taken me a week, I passed the tips onto the people who sell them on ebay incase more of their customers get the same issue, he offered me a refund but it weren't his fault... It probably says to switch the phone/table off & on in the instruction book, but I wouldn't know as it's all in Chinese lol, any old way.. I have made a short video & put it on youtube
