It depends what you mean by 'better', as far as picture quality, neither of them are better.

This is better, you'll have to figure out how to attach/use it. Check YouTube.

EDIT: I founded that #16 is ligher, I have to buy #16. :D

It's a FPV 5.8G Camera , require goggles/monitor to receive 5.8G video signal.

A X5 can hardly carry anything heavier than a 808, I think we will have to go to a larger device.
