Sub $200 Quad Build

One of my friends wants me too build a quad under $200... I have never built a budget buil before so that is why I came here... A full parts list would be nice.

Ok, after taking a look at a few sources this is what I have so far:

I don't know about those motors for a 250 size frame. Too big (size/diameter/weight) and the KV is too low, needs a bigger prop than a 250 has room for. Something in the 22xx size and 2200+ KV would be better.

If your bud needs a radio this seems like a very nice package.

Yes, 1400 is for something around 300mm or if you had 4S it could be fore a racer, though I would not suggest it. 2300kv is more your size.
