Still no liftoff

Hi all! I posted before about not having enough power to liftoff. Since then I have replace all four motors and battery. Still all four props spin very fast but the most it'll do is tip forward a little. Still no liftoff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Well when trouble shooting it's best to assume nothing. In this case you should check your freshly charged batteries with a multimeter. It can be a cheap one <$10 as they are accurate enough for your needs, or you must know someone who has one. You may just have a bad charger.
 
Hi a battery can be fully charged but will not give the amps needed to spin the props fast enough for flight( bad battery) , Toy quads can be a real pain if they dont work , get a hobby grade quad as soon as possible these are easier to fix than the toys
