Stick Control and Parkinsons Disease

I am hoping someone can offer me some advice. Just started flying, all going reasonably well, except for my shaking left hand. I suffer from parkinsons disease and one symptom is a bad shake in my left arm / hand when nervous. £900 worth of kit 50m up tends to make me nervous I shake which affects the throttle stick. I have done the following

changed the throttle curve to soften response at hovering speed
tightened the stick spring so there are definite clicks as the stick is moved

Are there any other flyers with PD, any tips for getting over the shake or kit modifications that help reduce the affect

I don't have PD, but I do sometimes get a bit of anxiety, which cases me to shake a bit in my hands and I even have gunned the throttle before because I was trying too hard to control the shaking and pushed the stick too hard. It's not an issue any more since I've been flying for awhile, but I pretty much did the same thing as you - changed the curve and tried to tighten the throttle stick as much as possible.

The only other thing is to look into the assistance type features on your copter. If you have a DJI model (or even just the board), you should have some options for position lock, return to home, etc. It might calm your nerves quite a bit to know that you have a couple of options to bail you at with the flip of a switch if you start to get too shaky.
