Somebody's Syma landed in my friend's goat pen...

...not sure what to do.
Funny thing is, I bought a quad (Dromida Ominus) last Summer, and it was an immediate "fly-away." I never did find it.
Then this Syma quad appears on the adjoining property a year later. Looks like maybe an X5.
I looked up Syma on Amazon, and it does not appear to be a very valuable item - less than $50 (with transmitter).
So is there a lost & found site for drones? Assuming the owner is even looking?
I entertained the idea of using my orphaned Ominus transmitter with the Syma quad, but have no idea how to bind them, if it's even possible.
So - how to locate the owner? And can I use my Ominus transmitter to fly the Syma?
This happened in Billings, MT by the way.

An excellent idea! I am a webmaster by trade and the idea of having a web site where you can register your drone including contact information for if it's lost, would be great. I'll see what I can do because I have been developing a web site called QUADSTERS.ORG for my Quadcopter Club (got one member at present). Right now membership in the QUADSTERS is FREE! A help tool for finding lost quads, drones and multis would be useful. Sorry you lost your quad. Hopeful it will turn up.

RE: Lost quads. Recall a thread here several months ago about putting small adhesive stickers on quads with a “Return To” name and address. Really not a bad idea. I’ve had my share of flyaways close to home and have wondered if they were ever found.

Say again Howland.
I used my old label gun and made a tag for my Quadcopter..Name,phone # and reward. I'll give a ten spot to get to get a $50 quad back,lol. Maybe a six-pack if that's what they want..:)
