SOLVED: Quadcopter Does Not Respond to Elevator When Self-Level is On

Hi,

I have just built a quad copter and am using a kk2 flight control board. When the self level feature is turned on, the quad copter does not move forward when the elevator control stick is moved, the only response that sometimes occurs is that it wobbles uncontrollably and loses altitude very quickly. The only way to stabilize it in this situation is to increase the throttle drastically.

However when i turn the self level feature off, the quad copter becomes very responsive to the elevator stick. I would like to fly using the self level feature as it is extremely difficult to fly without self level.

Please help.

Thanks

Solution:

It was the Plimit under the self-level settings, you need to increase them a little bit.

Check your Plimit under self level settings, it is probably too low. try setting it higher. Plimit limits how far the quad can pitch in any direction. Lower = slower Higher = Agile.
