so you want a quadcopter or multirotor

Hi Jimmy ok FPV is first person view so we use this for the pilots view , as close to flying your get, a camera platform will allow you to fly with a good camera to take videos and play back later you can mix the 2 so have FPV and a camera recording ,$500 is not a lot for a great set up , Ok take a look at these and tell me what you enjoy more
250 FPV racing
FPV for fun long range
Camera platform

i like the fpv and camera ones alot and if i have to spend more i will i thought 500 would be good enough lol. is camera platform cheaper then fpv . i would think so . racing looks a little too intense for me

Ok so now what we need is a quad that will carry say a gopro and have FPV , do you want to build or a ready to fly

first is it cheaper to build which i think it would be . and how hard is it to build im no mechanic or builder . if its difficult i would probably buy rtf.

Well jimmy its not really hard your need to be able solder , as FCB are easy to set up some are really hard , the really good FCB are not cheap but worth the money as they will make it easier to fly

Hi Jimmy well they are not bad its the DJI Phantom clone , your be better off with the real thing but that twice the price , so I have heard good and bad on the cheerson , but if you not got 1k $ then it a good buy
FCB is flight control board its the brains

ya like im not looking for top of the line right away ive seen some for 2k plus which is insane but i want a decent one that isnt gonna need repairs all the time . maybe you could suggest a couple for me to look at if you have time . camera or fpv . thanks for all your help

Jimmy the cheerson or the hobby king nova is about all your get that will do the FPV and camera the Phantom 1 is much lower in price but will only carry a go pro no FPV you can fit it later its under $400 and its loads better than the others
http://www.dji.com/product/phantom

so your saying buy a phantom 1 and then ill have to buy a camera for it . does the mount on it move or not it doesnt look like it ?

The gimbal it comes with is fixed ,But you can upgrade to a power gimbal the nazaM will work this and the transmitter as long as its version 1.1.1 will have a gimbal control lever on the transmitter , here is how well made it is and how easy to fly My wife has never flown till the day I gave her this Phantom

Hi Jimmy thats the baby mate it has the full Naza M so will have IOC,GPS,return home , home lock, course lock, gimbal control on the transmitter and the biggest winner is it flies on a normal 2200mah 3 cell that are as cheap as £7 each not the £187 the inspire uses
And its £100 cheaper then the one I got

so i want that one is what your saying lol. and when you say its the baby u mean its a smaller one or its the one i want sorry im from canada so maybe our sayings arent the same
