Set max speeds for joystick positions?

Is there a drone that allows you to set the range of the controls in each position? Example: joystick fully up = 1mph max; joystick fully down = 10mph max

I have an Autel X Star Premium and find the controls too coarse for very slow, steady motion, even in beginner mode which limits the speed.
 
Hi the only way I know is to build your own with a good transmitter you can then change the throw of the sticks add expo etc so it fly gentle
 
Yeah with a good transmitter and anything with betaflight you can configure all the stick input and flight characteristics more than you'd probably ever want. A Qx7 from frsky is popular or I went with a Jumper T16 (can connect with all sorts of receivers) for the transmitter and any betaflight compatible flight controller you can configure your stick input but the learning curve is pretty steep. Rotor riot channel on YouTube is doing a series on getting started with all the hobby/pro grade gear for beginners right now.
