RECOMMENDATIONS FOR NEW LAPTOP TO RUN CLEANFLIGHT AND BL HELI,MUST BE CHEAP!!

Need recommendations on purchasing a laptop that can support both cleanflight and bl heli firmware or any flight controller,has to be very cheap as it will only be used for new build tunes,thanks

Thanks for the reply,just bought one $99 from walmart,windows 10,awesome little window tablet/pc for anyone in need of a computer for tuning,not using it for anything else

if you have a smart phone, I use speedybee app (free) and a OTG cable ($3), otg is "on the go", you need the version that plugs into your phone (usb micrfo, usb-c, or?)
