rebound TX to RX no controls

I bought an eachine racer 250 , I did some repair to it , changed out the ESC and CW motor , calibrated it with libre pilot , TX was not working ! watched some vids got the TX and RX bound but have no controls the batt is working on the TX but nothing else works.

I had to replace the ESC and arm originally , then I went through libre pilot and found that the settings were set at 0 for motor control , ended up having to recalibrate that and set the arming to YAW right which my dumb ass did not do the first time LOL but now it flies awesome! I just got the Avagant Glyph FPV goggles and the experience is way better than the EV800

Ha I just bought the Ev800's. Not used em yet. Not been flying long. I have built 2 quads, a diatone G10 diy Im learning on & a ZMR250 that has all the kit on. I'm from UK so with this brexit lark,we expecting price hikes on everything. So i was buying spares each week but came across a problem I thought was with the Tx & built a 2nd quad to see if it persisted. It did.
So I'll start from the beginning in case anyone has the same problem & comes across this post. A bolt came loose on an arm = a 130' drop which in turn ripped a ground wire off the home made pdb. FC was OK & very lucky no short out. So fixed her up even better, only to find after a gyro, esc & accelerometer calibration that I was getting opposite correction, as in, if I held it & tipped forward it would push forward & back push back, left ect.
I took a week off work with perfect flying weather only to land this problem. Well I didn't get to fly all week but someone called RENOV8R on this site. massive thumbs up. Suggested do a default reset on the fc, it worked a treat but by this time I had built the quad I'm pretty much learning on now. The diatone takes a beating for sure. And the zmr I haven't flown much as I have camera & vtx with its own 2S supply all neat tidy, clean ready for when the other one pegs it.
Oh by the way. The mini TS5823 with the 1g camera 5v on a step down, supplied by a 850mah 7.4v lipo. Gives 16 minutes of signal time. Enough for 2 flights at least. & still get my 8-9 minutes off my main battery for flying. Boy do I go on. Breaks over now.

Ya , I have only been flying for a couple of months , but when I received my Eachine 250 I crashed it and had to replace the ESC not knowing I had to recalibrate it with libre pilot and after a few times doing that I finally got it going again. what an adventure.

I spend more time tinkering than flying.
I can throw it round a bit but only in angle mode. Still bad @ yaw or roll turns.
But forward back left right strafing trees is cake, just don't do turns much. My quads dip, lose altitude on attempt . It's just me but I do stuff backwards or the hard way, so it will come like everything else.

LMAO ya me too , my wife told me to get a hobby so I did and its getting real expensive haha , I have learned that mine dips when I go forward or backwards as well I have been putting more throttle as I pitch backwards and forwards so it helps but yes me too on the yaw and roll im getting used to fixing it more than I am learning to become an overnight expert.

My wife says it's a midlife crisis, but she was expecting a car or another woman.
I said I can't afford either.
These thing have been around for years but I only came across them on my birthday in May on YouTube. I used to have an RC plane about 12 & loved it,
While it lasted. So now I'm that big kid again and I only got 2hours out of a jjrc h8c. I thought sod it. Well my wife thought I was building a WMD with all these new tools & bits of tech with wires hanging out. Ooh chuffing hell she said what's with all these big batteries, then the frame come then TX. Oh she laughed when she saw Bruce's mat, she said ooh that's like yours. I'm like they are handy for cutting lengths of wire for motors & ESC's then throw the mention of some standoffs & a few screws in,Then she will that glazed look & do one. When she seen it fly she did say wtf. & so did I.
She bought me the camera I have
DB Power sj4000 poor man's go pro.
Vid on YouTube woodsy5791 if anyone interested. Not a youtuber just messing with cam & editing software for later on when I move onto acro.

LMFAOOOOOO WMD Oh that's the best. ill check out the video ill start posting some to and let you know as well ya know. that glazed look yer killing me over here. I cant stop laughing mate!!!!!

Fixing is good you only get better. An hour soon becomes minutes. Always have spares. I find problems actually prevent other problems occurring because you come across so much info along the way of what it could be. It all helps.

couldn't agree more , and yes I have plenty of spare parts now and what used to be my office has now turned into what looks like a mad scientists laboratory

I tell her I took my ring off so I don't scratch it & can't find it, just because I know she hates me going anywhere without it. So I'm off to work now, knowing she's pottering about tidying thing up looking for my ring while all along its in the upstairs bathroom behind the toothpaste. Oops sorry.

THATS TOO FUNNY !!!! im an electrician and mine asks why I don't where mine sometimes and I tell her because it would get welded to my finger if something went wrong so she bought me like 50 of the rubber type bands to where lmao , we mate have a good day/night at work we will talk soon.

Hey guys. Ive been reading through your posts and I also have the eachine 250. just go it and it is supposed to be RTF but I set everything up and my tx is showing RX battery. It is showing picture from my monitor and the camera on the machine. I can toggle the led's and everything but I can not get a response from my esc's or my motors. I tried the traditional throttle down and to the right. Nothing. I tried the same but with the pitch down n to the left at the same time. Nothing. Can you guys help me get flying?

Basically my radio will control the led's and the monitor will recieve signal from the fpv camera but will not let me fly so I'm at a loss. This is my second eachine. The first was good out of the box as far as flying but the fpv was not up to par so I did an exchange and now with the new one the fpv is good but I cant get off the ground. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Ok I fixed mine and it is flying great now ! So obviously your TX is Bound to the RX due to the information you have provided ! Have you downlowded libre pilot ?

I have downloaded open pilot onto my laptop and used it on my last eachine but couldn't figure it out. And yes I believe they are bound but for some reason my rx will not control my esc or my motors. I am at a lost besides returning yet another unit and starting from scratch hoping the next one will function properly. I am a novice pilot. Far from expert but can keep it in the air for the duration but have no experience on the tech or programming. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. If the rx is controlling the head and tail lights and the fpv monitor is receiving signal but it won't fly. Where does that leave me? Thank you
