I know. But "dropping" the guts into the new body involves soldering and re-wiring, doesn't it? And running the wires out to the four propeller arms - that requires a LOT of rewiring.

The shell is available and at what I think is a quite reasonable price. OK - I'll send for it. I guess building these things is as much the fun as flying them.

OK, boys - you talked me into it. The upper and lower body shells are on order. Six bucks apiece - seems reasonable to me. I will attempt to put the little guy back together.
 
i told you, send it to me! never solder, you'll catch fire and explode. fixing broken things is for communists, you don't want to be one of those. support capitalism and the postal service or go and live in russia.
