Quadcopter with maximum transmittion distance?

Hello. I'm a newbie in the quadcopters, but i wanted to buy a quadcopter with a good transmitter distance. Is there any options avaliable out there for the distances up to 20 km?
 
A quad going at 40 kph would have to have runtime of an hour. Why do you need that much distance, smuggling stuff across the border?
 
A simple 2 watt 2.4g booster will get you 2000m.....Known to lose signal sometimes though which will cost you a quad at that distance.

The best for very long distance is UHF....not cheap at all.

You sortf of right) I live in Russian Federation, so i need it for this kind of purposes....

We have a company with some budget.. Basicaly we need a quadcopter/multicopter drone type with long transmission distance, and flight time. The payload is not that necessary. I searched the whole internet for the longest distance transmission/flight time build, but i think the best what i found is around 10 km with 40-50 minutes max flight time.

Well i need to transfer some stuff accross border. But i don't live in usa, so don't worry i won't break any usa laws. Im from Russia.
 
We were thinking that this industry is very developed in usa so we could buy or maybe someone will construct this for us. If anyone is interested in constructing this type of drone please PM me. We have a big budget, any specialists are welcome.
 
Sounds like the Russians aren't as smart as they claim to be. Ask Valadimir for some help.
