quadcopter problem

I'm using kk2.1.5 flightcontroller quadcopter, when i give throttle to my quadcopter first motor sping with high speed other three motors are at same speed what's the reason and why?,what can i do now? can anybody give me a solution.
 
Hi first thing to do is go to lazyzero web site and flash the KK with a more stable firmware
If you don't want to do that first check all ESCs are set up with same high and low throttle this will give the ESCs all the same throttle range , to do this remove all props then go into settings on the KK it will tell you step by step how to set throttle range
