Quadcopter doing its own thing!

Recently my ZMR 250 that I just built following Bruce's guide over on RCModelReviews has started essentially flying itself. It is basically uncontrollable. Here is a video showing how it behaves, with some more information in the description of the video.
I would really appreciate any advice either on here or in the comments of the video.
Many thanks,
Mika.

If you've set all your PID settings to zero, that would be your problem. Reset all settings to default in BF. It'll fly fine and you can start adjusting. I'd go to YouTube and do some research on adjusting PIDs, it's an art in itself

I'll try but as I said it did the same with default pids. It was flying fine on the default pids before this. I have had some crashes too so the fc may have been damaged but idk.

so I took it for a flight today, on cleanflight, and the throttle fluctuations were minimal and there was slightly less extreme unwanted pitch and roll movement. It barely responded to my input and tended to drift heavily forwards and right. Unsure where to proceed from here.
