I'm looking to build an FPV quadcopter with the ability to carry a camera for cinematography(the camera shouldn't weight any more than 500g).

So I have a general parts list for a quadcopter build, However, I do not know if all my parts are either compatible or if they may be too much for it(Such as the motors, If they are too powerful or not powerful enough, and any recommendations as to different parts is welcome as well. Such as different motors or props.

So the main question is, Will these parts work and if not why do they not. And is it overpowered for what I want to do.

This is a link to a spreadsheet of all the parts and the weight of each piece.

Thanks.

Hi mate the motors wont work with the props , a high kv motor need small blades 5x3 tri-blades ,low kv motors like 650 kv can run bigger blades , if the camera is 500grms on its own the total weight is going to be 2kg approx as you didnt say what frame your looking at ,so you need heavy lift motors 350kv up to 800kv , but you need a frame that will let you run may be a 14x 5.5 prop
if i can help any more just ask my inter net is playing up but i will, get back to you

OMG thats a nice frame mate , if you go 800kv i would go between 10 and a 12 inch prop , an 800kv may get hot trying to turn a 14 inch it may also pull a lot of amps the spec on the frame also said 10 inch , i had 10x4.7 carbon props on a 450 quad god it had loads of lift and was fast too,Even my 700 with 650kv motors is not that slow if i dont want it to be , use ecalc.com to look at set up to see if its going to work well or not you can play with motors and props and see the flight time change
