QuadCopter and FPV

I been flying quads for sometime now and wanted to get into FPV. I have a APM and some other accessories and want to run my quad with my laptop. See attached picture and can someone tell me if I have all the stuff to do so and what direction I need to get started.

Welcome to the forum,

To be able to help you you might need to provide a little bit of info.
Can you list the stuff you have? Looks like you are also setting up for a LRS, am I correct in saying that? Also you may want to change to cloverleaf antennas instead of the di-pole.

Thanks for the invite and help. I attached a pic of what I have not sure what all it is as I'm a true newbie to FPV. The stuff in the pic was given to me not bought.

On the yellow I just want to know is it a Tx, and what frequency, on the blue can you list the model or part numbers that appear on them?
 
Well no luck on the part #'s etc as there are none, I found out this came from over seas. Any other advice I can get to get me started with what I have?
