Quad keeps cycling when battery plugged in

My guess is a fcb. Never saw that before though.

I removed the LEDs (that was what I installed before this started happening) and everything went back to normal. I'm running 2 LEDs on it now and there are no issues. I'm pretty certain it was drawing too much power with 4 LED boards.
