Quad flies Amazing But Extremely hot motors (I have tried everything)

I have a quad that I built during the winter and it flies amazing. The motors were getting a little warm during the winter but I just left them alone. Summer comes around and the motors are getting extremely hot. I have been looking up all kinds of fixes trying to determine what the problem is. None of the screws touch the coils. The D-term is very low and tame and the black box is completely clear (unless I missed something). I am using RPM filters and I tried using no rpm filter and I filtered the quad to the point where it was just barely not flying to the moon whenever I arm. None of that had any effect at all on the motor heat. Like 0 noticeable difference. Again the quad flies amazing still like almost no prop wash but it still has extremely hot motors. I have a 1500 micro ferret capacitor on the battery lead. The only possible thing left is either a big hardware incompatibility issue or an electrical issue or something like that. That is unless anyone else knows of any problem like this. does anyone know what could be causing the motors to be getting so hot?

I liked some pictures of the quad.

I meant Linked not Liked. I can also put a Blackbox log here if that would be of any use. Tbh i am just stumped because I can't find any reason for the motor heat.

Curious how hot you think is too hot here I wonder if they are just getting to normal temperature but due to elevated temps outside it is just more noticeable. Do the motors burn or get very uncomfortably hot when touching them after landing? How are you testing the temp is what I'm getting at and what is safe operating temp of the motors cause might be trying to solve a non problem really. I believe enamel coating on motor windings is made to tolerate over 100C but not sure on exact limits.

Of course Joshua Bardwell did a video on this:

yea It gets like hot enough that after I am done flying it’s very uncomfortable to touch them with my hands. I will try to get a temperature reading though next time I fly. The bard well video is good but I think he’s dealing with a frame conducting electricity and I’ve testing for continuity before and it was good but I’ll test again.
