Hi I purchased a QAV-R RTF. It says that all you have to do is bind and fly with no programming needed as it's pre programed. I have a brand new Taranius x9D plus. I setup the model, binded (receiver Green) and the telementary is working fine. I calibrated the frsky, all seems to be working in sync with the XSR receiver. Only catch is the Quad doesn't respond to the controls. i.e motors don't respond to the controls. Am I missing something? Like a start up sequence with the control sticks? Or is the Quad faulty or what?

Side note:
The Quad is level when checking this.

Please help

Thanks

Try arming your motors by holding both sticks down and to the right or left. They should turn on. If not you might have to calibrate your sticks. I mean it could be alot of things but try this first.

Thanks dude. I just tried it but no cigar. Puzzling?? I have assigned the mixer on channel 6 for arm switch(source SD). On the output page channel 6 reads this in the down position. i.e down =armed

ch6 0.0 - 100.0 -> 100.0 <- --- 1500

Thanks for all your help

Hmm my experience has always been holding down both sticks to arm; usually to the 8&4 oclock positions. Are your sticks calibrated?
