Propel X04 Quad-copter video format

Hi All,
Does anyone have video format file for Propel X04 quad copter. USB it came with to format the SD card, it was broken. I would really appreciate if someone can send me the formatting file.

According to the manual (if it's the right one), the USB you are talking about is likely just an adapter that let's you plug it into your computer.

You likely just need to put connect the card to your computer with an adapter and format it. There shouldn't be a "formatting file". Your computer can format the SD card.
