Problems with v222

Im very new to quadcopters. I have, actually had an X4. It is a tree now and I'm awaiting a replacement. I decided to get something a little larger so bought a V222 from Banggood. It will fly fine and then drop to the ground, in complete control, at random times. I bought the switchable transmitter because I had read it was much better but it didn't fix the problem. So far banggood has not offered to help and I don't want to keep throwing money at it. I want to get a phantom when I can fly better. I assume it is the controller that is bad. An thoughts?
 
Well not working so well with me. I keep getting the run around. Here is the latest email from them. Not sure what a video would prove.

Well I finally got Banggood to say that they were sending another controller/receiver board. In the mean time I had bought one and installed it and it still drops from the sky. Today it almost flew away before I got control back. So I've used two different transmitters and now two controller/receiver boards so it must be where I live. This is surprising since I'm in the middle of nowhere, 8600 ft in the mountains. In any case it flies OK in the house so the V222 and my X4 (which flies great BTW) will be my training Quads and I just bought a Eye One Xtreme and bound it to a Taranis transmitter and it flies like a dream.
