problems with K70c trim and mode1

it's just arrived.. flew for a few minutes, and suddenly the remote started beeping like hell... and the quad hit the wall..
Ive just figured out what happened, but I still need a solution..

first, something happened while i was flying it.. the remote control started beeping like hell.. and i figured out, that it was changing the trim, by itself.. so i cannot change it, pressing the buttons.

while i was writing it, tried again, to see if it works.. but, another problem.
now, i cant turn on on mode1.. using the left.. it just doesnt work.. i only can pair them, using the right button..

wtf is going on?

 
Hi its a bad transmitter ask them to replace it due to the fault attach this video or a link to it when you e mail them this will speed up then sorting it
 
I found out what was happening.. the solder on some connectors inside the transmitter were kinda together.. so I just scratched the MB, between the solders and it worked...
case closed..
