Problem With tiny qx90 build

Hello members of the Forum,
Recently i have built myself a tiny quadcopter Like the qx 90 from eachine
My components:
- spracing f3 EVO brushed FC
- Micro ppm Receiver for flysky i6x
- 2 in one fpv Cam ( with vtx)
-8,5 mm brushed Motors

I am using some turnigy nano Tech 1s 300 mAh 45c batteries

My Problem is that when i lift off and hover, my voltage Alarm (Set to 3,5v) Starts beeping Over and over. Also on full throttle, the voltage Drops to 2,9volts!
What could be the Problem?
The Motors?( Bought them from eBay)

How long does it take to drop to below 3v
Did you charge long enough.
Maybe too much weight.
Have you weighed it with battery yet.
Try a bigger battery.
 
With fully charged battery , it Drops down to 3 volts With full throttle.I charged it Up to 4,15 volts. I dont think it is too heavy because the original qx 90 uses a 700 mAh battery...
 
Does this happen innediately, or after flying for a few minutes? Also, do you have a link to the batteries and AIO camera you're using?
