Problem with ready to fly quadcopter.

Has anyone had problems getting parts from this store?
I ordered a flip32 about a month ago.. every time I check the status of the order it is processing. I have sent several emails to the customer server email address and still waiting for a reply. They do not seem to care about their business at all.
