Pixhawk will not arm

This is a weird one. I've had my drone working fine. Had a minor mishap. After fixing frame I'm not able to arm pixhawk 4 with Tranis 9D plus. I'm able to arm in mission planner and run motors with Tranis and also disarm with Tranis moving sticks to center. Moving the left stick down and to right will not arm where it did before. Only changes I made to model was to add a throttle kill switch overriding channel 3 which is my throttle. I've since disabled that with no change. I also uploading a sound pack to Tranis but that should not interfere with arming.
Also I do have flashing green on pixhawk showing I have GPS and ready to arm which is not an issue since I'm able to arm through mission planner. I'm thinking it is with the tranis but not sure what and why am I able to disarm with the radio but not arm.
 
Seems there was some corrupted code. When I crashed the battery became disconnected. All I know is after reset parameters in MP to default and going through set up and calibrations all systems are working normally.
When in doubt start fresh.
