Phantom fc40 vs parrot bebop

I am trying to buy one of these for my husband for Christmas. I am new to all of this and have been reading a lot but would like to have advice please

Hi i think the phantom would be a better quad to go for , go for the one that has GPS so will have return home course lock etc , there has been reports of fly aways ,but it thinks it due to miss set up , not the quad , I am getting my wife the FC40 for her birthday its a good quad to start with but can not be upgraded so make sure its going to do what you need it to do , also shop around there are some good deals on , but also be careful you getting every thing its ment to come with , lots of sellers remove parts and then get you to buy as extras puts price up
