I´m building my first quadcopter and want your opinion on some parts that I´m planning to buy. I would like to now they are compatible with eachother and if you think that they are the best buy.

Hi mate it hard to help when you already have most ok you dont need gimbal control as the FCB will do this for you any way output pin 13/14
Multistar motors work better with a ESC with BL heli flash , but may be ok with the simonk if the motors throttle keep pitching your have to change the ESC to BL heli flash
The rest should be spot on
 
Looks great, you really did some research before posting. :) Were you in to hobby stuff before you got into muti-copters?
