You might have noticed that I haven't posted much the last few months. In December, the owner of the blue spark I had been flying decided I was no longer his friend, so I no longer have access to his spark or the camera I was using.
But now I have something much better! A job! You know, where somebody pays you to do something you're an expert in and you have a reasonable expectation that pay will come again in a couple weeks?
So I have lots of things I figure on saving up for, like a Mavic 2 pro, a house or apartment, a replacement for my partly functional Jeep Liberty... I decided to get something to enjoy while I'm saving up money, so I ordered a spark of my own. I wanted red, but that cost $50 more, so I got yellow.
Of course, this happens on a long weekend. I have emails that they tried to deliver it to the UPS store where I have a box on Sunday, then on Monday. I expect to find it after work today.
Oddly, he called last week to ask "how do I connect the phone to the remote?" I felt snarky, but helped him out anyhow.
