open pilot throttle calibration problem

So ive already set up my cc3d on open pilot and now im trying to set up my transmitter. (im on a mac computer).. so everything seems to be working fine for the pitch and roll controls but the left side throttle and yaw are not working at all. I've tried manual calibration but when I move my left side of the transmitter nothing moves on the screen.. Ive seen someone else have this problem and he was on a mac too does that have anything to do with it? It's weird because the roll and pitch work perfect its just throttle and yaw.. seems like its not even sending the signals or something

edit: I have a feeling this is a problem with librepilot itself because I also tried it on a PC.. still have the same problem.. Anyone know other GCS programs similar to librepilot that support cc3d?
