Only front two motors spin at launch

This is a new Echine that I have never flown. When I throttle up mostly only the front two motors spin. Here is a video of my setting and problem.

Kinda looked like the rears are spinning in the wrong direction (double check it.) Seeing as the rears spin when you move the quad makes it seem like a ESC calibration problem. You didn't show the Motors tab in CF in your vid.

Nothing like putting some props on to get a proper feel. I got a feeling your table ain't level. In th motors tab if you check the box & use the master to start all 4 motors. Do they all move in sync to full power, equally? If so it's because you have no props on, on an uneven surface.
What your doing, can damage your hardware. A quick 10 seconds on each to check for wobbles or rock's in the motors
